Order Processing Time

Please allow 2 days on top of the delivery time for us to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation letting you know when your order has been received, and when your order is being processed and delivered.

Door-to- Door Delivery

To ensure safe delivery of your order, we offer door-to-door courier service at a flat rate of $4.50 for orders below $40. We provide free delivery for orders above $40. An invoice will be sent to you via the email address you provided. Delivery will be made between 1-3 days. We deliver Monday-Saturday, between 9am-10pm. 

Note: No deliveries will be made on Sundays and public holidays. Tea Bunnies will not be liable for additional courier charges should there be no one to receive the order.
