ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Fulfillment will only be done once www.monsoontea.com.sg has received payment approved via online Credit Card payment.

SHIPPING

All products purchased at www.monsoontea.com.sg are delivered via a third party service provider. As such, Monsoon Tea Singapore will not be held liable for any loss, damage or expenses such as federal and provincial shipping related tariffs or taxes due at the respective countries’ customs once the items you have purchased has been transferred to the third party service provider.

RETURN POLICY

Returns will only be accepted upon 30 days from date of purchase from online store only with valid reason approved by Monsoon Tea Singapore prior to return. This includes goods received that are damaged, defected or incorrect that is not due to shipping. Please contact us prior to return and include your order number and reasons for return. Monsoon Tea Singapore will not be responsible for any shipping cost of return.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
